Order Processing Times

All orders have a standard processing time of up to 7 business days. Some jewelry, such as our rings, are made to order which influences processing time.

  • Sun & Moon rings: 5-7 business days

  • Crystal Bead Rings: 1-5 business days

  • Cabochon Rings: 5-7 business days

  • Necklaces: 1-5 business days

  • Earrings: 1-5 business days

  • Bracelets: 1-5 business days

Please keep in mind these are our processing times prior to shipping time which is an additional 1-5 days for domestic and 1-4 weeks for international.

Shipping

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class (2-5 days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-4 days), depending on your selection at checkout.

All international orders will be shipped via Pirate Ship (1-4 weeks) and you will receive an email with tracking information.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If we receive a package that was unable to be delivered due to incorrect shipping address or missing apt #, we will refund the order minus the cost of shipping.

Shipping Insurance

All domestic and international orders are provided insurance coverage via Pirate Ship.

For lost or damaged orders please contact us by email: info@elementalmystique.com to file a claim.

  • Please provide order # and issue.

  • Please provide a photo for any damaged products received upon arrival.

Claims take 2-3 weeks to resolve with Pirate Ship. Once approved Elemental Mystique will process the refund.

Note: There is a 120 day expiration window for a claim to be processed with PirateShip.

Exchanges

Elemental Mystique does not offer exchanges for incorrect jewelry sizing. Instructions are provided on how to measure your ring size as well as all necklace and bracelet lengths in product descriptions. Please make sure you have the correct size prior to placing your order.

If you ordered the incorrect size and wish to exchange, please review our return instructions and re-order with correct sizing.

Note: refunds will not be issued until the returned item is received and reviewed.

Returns

Elemental Mystique accepts returns of unused and undamaged products up to 30 days for domestic and 60 days for international past date of purchase.

To process a return, please contact us by email: info@elementalmystique.com . Once your item is received and reviewed, we will issue a refund (minus shipping costs).

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
